Due to road conditions, we will be camping at Lutherwood, a mile down from Grapevine's property. Lutherwood has drinkable water, flushable toilets, and hot showers.

Shopping List:

please bring enough of the following items to feed your family. they will be used to prepare meals for the entire camp.

Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Spaghetti, Spaghetti Sauce, 1 lb hamburger meat, bag of green salad, pancake mix, garlic bread, tortilla chips and salsa, orange juice, butter and syrup, and cookies.

also bring your own lunch for saturday, your own sodas, and stuff to make s'mores.

Friday, there will be hotdogs served until 9 pm.

Saturday Breakfast, 7:30 a.m., Scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, chips & salsa, juice and coffee.

Saturday Dinner: 6 p.m. Spaghetti and meat sauce, green salad, garlic bread, cookies, punch and coffee.

Sunday Breakfast: 7:30 a.m., Pancakes, Sausage, juice and coffee.


Directions:

take I-15 north to Cedar City, Utah (170 miles, 3 hours)

In Cedar City, take state Hwy 14 East
go past Cedar Breaks Nat'l Monument and Duck Creek Village
until you come to Long Valley Junction where hwy 14 meets hwy 889 (40 miles, 1 hour)

Across Hwy 89 you will see a highway maintenance station.

Go across Hwy 89 into the maintenance station driveway.
You will find a dirt road to your left alongside the chain link fence. FOLLOW IT. that will take you to Lutherwood... there are signs for both lutherwood and grapevine mountaintop along the way.

If any gates are closed, please close them again behind you.
Travel slowly into lutherwood... children and wildlife may be at play.
Pick a campsite and pitch your tent!
